To start with planning your holidays you can call us, email us, or submit the online enquiry form through our website. Our Travel Expert will get in touch with you to begin working on an initial trip proposal for your chosen destination, that will be refined until it’s perfect. (Don’t worry even if you’re unsure about the destination at the start, we’ll help you lock that in!)

Once you are satisfied with the itinerary, we’ll take a deposit so we can confirm everything with our global partners and set your plans in motion. You’ll then be added to a WhatsApp group where you can coordinate further with us about your booking (documentation, useful info, etc.). As we move closer to your travel date, you’ll pay the full balance of your trip and upon receipt we’ll send through your final travel documents.

Currently we have global on-the-ground partnerships across Asia and Europe, but everything else on the globe will be on our list soon!

All the itineraries on our website are simply a moodboard for ideas, primarily to provide inspiration and to give you a taste of what we can do. We are masters of bespoke and that’s exactly what we’ll do. As soon as you’ve had your initial conversation with us, your Travel Expert will begin curating a tailor-made trip based entirely around your wants, needs and dreams till we reach the perfect holiday that’s unique to you!

The pricing on our website is tentatively quoted per person but based on two or more people sharing the cost of various elements– 
including hotels, drivers, guides, and experiences. The price is exclusive of the flights. This is a rough indication of price as those are sample itineraries, we’ll quote you a more accurate costing based on your travel dates, group size, and ideal preferences once we get into the real planning with you.

Of course we can! But should you wish to book your own flights (maybe to use airmiles or anything), that’s totally okay. We could certainly advise on the best flights as per your trip.In case your itinerary requires any domestic flights or transfers, we’ll always cover these for you and discuss them as part of the planning process.

Because we have access to special rates that are lower than what is available to the public, we can include a small margin while keeping your price competitive. Essentially, you get all our expertise and 24/7 support for a price similar to what you’d pay if you booked everything yourself.
